Without limiting the foregoing, Sancta Maria International School and its designees may disable, restrict access to or the availability of any submission that violates the Terms of Use or is otherwise objectionable. You must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any submissions, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of such submissions.You understand thatall submissions, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such submissions originated. Spam E-mail and Postings
You agree that Sancta Maria International School would be irreparably harmed by the use, by you or others, of the website or facilities in connection with the transmission of spam newsgroup postings or unsolicited e-mail in violation of these Terms of Use, and that Sancta Maria International School is entitled to obtain injunctive relief against any such transmission (in addition to all other remedies available at law or in equity). Accounts and Security
Payment Methods and Registration of Information
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation of Admission and Fee Refund Policy
Sancta Maria International School reserves the right to cancel the admission/registration of the student during any period of the academic session. Once the student admission process is completed, no refund of fees to the student will be entertained.
Cancellation by the Parent
- If the parent chooses to withdraw the admission of the student from the school for any reason whatsoever, no refund of amount paid would be given back.
- If for any reason, the parent/student has paid in excess of the required amount at any time during the academic session either by cheque, draft, credit/debit card, Electronic Fund Transfer or cash, the excess fee amount collected will be adjusted against the ensuing term payments.
Cancellation by Sancta Maria International School
- If circumstances cause Sancta Maria International School to cancel the admission, the school will inform the student/parent concerned regarding the reasons for cancellation.
- In the event of the case for cancellation of admission being found genuine and legitimate, the school management will refund the fees (amount to be considered on a case-to-case basis) to the student/parent by means of a crossed cheque drawn in favour of the name of the parent.
